Q1: What type of services do you provide

Answer: Guided or As directed for all occasions, corporate or private events, "we do it all".

Q2: When the time start?

Answer: At your door, within the Bay area up to 45 miles from San Francisco to the North and East Bay.

Q3: What type of limos or other vehicle do you offer?

Answer: Lincoln Town Cars primarily, NV3500 SUV, we also feature a Cadillac Escalade SUV and Hummer.

Q4:What is included in hourly rate?

Answer: On the road and standby use of the hired vehicle, cost of fuel, an experienced chauffeur, Refreshments, and it's based in the passenger count and type of event.

Q5: Do you offer Point to Point Transportation?

Answer:  On availability bases only, a minimum charge does apply each way it's based on travel time, airport transfers are based on hour of the day-city passengers and distance.

Q6: What is the tasting fees at the wineries?

Answer: Most wineries charge a small fee of $15.00 for up to 4 varietals, if your prefer the Reserve or Vintage varietals the cost is between $25.00 and up to $35.00 for several tasting.  A guided tour of the vineyards or caves and barrel tasting is included with the fee.

Q7: What is inside the limousine?

Answer: Standard equipment consist of privacy windows, partition, leather seating, bar set up, glassware CD stereo, TV or LCD screen, DVD player or Star Lights, AC/Heat Systems, Overhead controls and more.  See fleet for more features.

Q8: What other charges do apply?

Answer: Gratuity(tip)to the chauffeur/driver (20% recommended) and license/processing fee of 5% if applicable (parking fee at the game and concerts).

Q9: When does overtime starts and how do you estimate?

 Answer:  Into the next service hour and is based in 30 minutes increments.  (Example: 16 minutes over is charged as 1/2 hour, 42 minutes over charged as a 1 hour)regular rate applies.

Q10:  Do you require a deposit and how much?

Answer: Yes, minimum of 35% of estimated amount to secure the reservation and is non refundable after first 24 hours of making the reservation.

Q11: What's your cancellation policy?

Answer:  Only 24 hours from the time of making the reservation at no cost to you, thereafter the minimum cancellation fee is $250.00, a no show reservation is charged in full.
