- What type of services do you provide?
@ Guided or As directed for all occasions, corporate or private events, we do it all.
2. When does the time start?
@ At your door, within the bay area up to 45 miles from S.F to the north and east bay .
3. What type of limos do you offer?
@ Lincoln Towncars primarily, NV3500 SUV, we also feature a Cadillac Escalade SUV and a Hummer.
4. What is included in the hourly rate?
@ On the road and standby use of the hired vehicle, cost of fuel, an experienced chauffeur, Refreshments, and it’s based in the passenger count and type of event.
5. Do you offer point to point transportation?
@ On availability bases only ,a minimum charge does apply each way and it’s based on travel time ,airport transfers are based on hour of the day-city-passengers and distance.
6.What is the fee for tasting at the wineries?
@ Most wineries charge a small fee of $10.00 for up to 4 varietals, if you prefer the Reserve or vintage varietals the cost is between $15.00 up to $35.00 for several tasting. A guided tour of the vineyards or caves and barrel tasting is included with the fee.
7. What is inside the limousine?
@ Standard equipment consist of privacy windows, partition, leather seating ,bar set up, glassware CD stereo, TV or LCD screen, DVD player or VCR, star lights ,AC/Heat systems, overhead controls and more. See fleet for more features.
8. What other charges do apply?
@ Gratuity (tip) to the chauffeur/driver (20% recommended) and license /processing fee of 5% if applicable. (Parking fee at games and concerts).
9. When does overtime starts and how do you estimate?
@ Into the next service hour and is based in 30 minute increments. (Example: 16 minutes over is charged as ½ hour, 42 minutes over is charged as a 1 hour) regular rate applies.
10. Do you require a deposit and how much?
@ Yes, minimum of 35% of estimated amount to secure the reservation and is non refundable after the first 24 hours of making the reservation.
11.What’s your cancellation policy?
@ Only 24 hours from the time of making the reservation at no cost to you, thereafter the minimum cancellation fee is $250.00, a no show reservation is charged in full.
12. What type of payment do you accept?
@ Cash, travelers checks, and most major credit cards (Visa-MasterCard-Amex-Discover)
